3. Payment and Access to the CRM system:

3.1. Subscription Fee and Terms:

3.1.1. The user who decides to use our service undertakes to regularly pay the monthly subscription fee.

3.1.2. After successful payment of the subscription fee, the User receives unlimited access to our CRM system for one month.

3.2. Disconnection due to non-continuation of payment:

3.2.1. In case of failure to pay the subscription fee before the deadline, access to the CDM system is automatically suspended.

3.2.2. To restore access after suspension, the User must make the appropriate payment within [number of days] calendar days from the moment of disconnection.

3.3. Non-return of Payment:

3.3.1. The amount paid for the subscription fee is non-refundable, even if the User does not use a full month of access to the TCM system.

3.3.2. In case of refusal to use the service during the current month, the subscription fee for this period is not refunded.

4. Changes and Withdrawal of Services:

4.1. Changes to the Terms:

4.1.1. Trojan Systems reserves the right to make changes to the conditions of the subscription fee and access to the CRM system. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective upon posting.

4.2. Denial of Services:

4.2.1. The user can refuse the service at any time. However, the subscription fee already paid for the current month is not refundable.

4.2.2. If the service is refused, access to the CRM system will be disabled after the end of the current payment period.

These terms are effective from the time of publication and customers are requested to check them regularly for changes.
